Complaint Handling

Please get in touch if you are dissatisfied with the item(s) you have purchased. We want to help. We will aim to get to the bottom of your complaint straight away, to resolve it satisfactorily!

Sale and Outlet products cannot be exchanged and/or returned.

In your email please state the nature of your complaint/the defect, your name and address details, the order number as well as the items(s) in question. Please also attach photos of the defect/complaint. We are on hand to find an appropriate resolution. You will receive instructions via email from us within two working days.

During this period please handle the item(s) and packaging with due care. Please only remove the item(s) from the packaging in as much as is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep them. Should you utilise the exchange guarantee, we are happy to accept the item(s) with all delivered accessories in its/their original condition and packaging. 

Our order return T&Cs depend on the item purchased.
We will further process your return upon receipt and verification of it. The purchase amount will be refunded to you ASAP, but in any case within 30 days of having received your return
