Returns purchases Shop & Webshop:

 

Do you want to exchange and/or return your purchase(s) from our store or webshop? No problem! You can exchange or return KICK purchase(s) within 14 days on the proviso the item is unused and is in its original packaging with the receipt.

We also request that you include the return form in the box for proper processing. Boxes that are returned without a return form cannot be processed.
The exchange/return period commences on the day you receive the purchase(s) at home. You will receive a response via e-mail within 2 working days.

During the exchange/return period, the consumer will handle the product(s) and packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product(s) to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product(s). If you make use of the exchange/return guarantee, we will be happy to return the product(s) with all accessories supplied and in their original condition and packaging. 

The shipping costs for a return shipment are always for the account of the buyer. If it concerns a complaint / defect, we can exchange the product(s) for you free of charge. 

 

Conditions of return

The conditions for the return depends on the type of product:

- Small furniture such as chairs delivered with the parcel service may be returned in the same way. The costs of returning are always for the buyer..

- In the case of large furniture such as tables and cupboards delivered by KICK's delivery service or by another transport service, the following conditions apply. In the event of a return shipment of large items of furniture such as tables and cupboards outside the Netherlands & Belgium, we will hold you, the customer, responsible for arranging the transport. The costs of the return shipment are at the expense of the buyer. It is also possible to return products free of charge within 14 days in person to KICK COLLECTION warehouse in LEKKERKERK.

As soon as we have received and checked your return shipment, it will be handled further. The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible and within 30 days after we have received the return.
