All Kick Collection products come with a standard 2-year warranty. The warranty applies from the date of purchase. Always keep your invoice or receipt in a safe place, as it is your proof of warranty. Is something unexpectedly wrong with your product? What is the delivery time for this product?
When the product is in stock, your order usually leaves our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. Your order is normally delivered to your home free of charge within 1 to 5 working days. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code so you can follow the delivery. When the product is not in stock, the date on which we expect it back in stock is shown on the product page.
Do I have to assemble this product myself?
Some products (for example side tables) are delivered assembled and other products (for example chairs) still require simple assembly. If assembly is needed, you will receive clear assembly instructions so you can easily put the product together yourself. Assembly often takes 1 - 5 minutes. Tools are included (where applicable).
Would you prefer to be fully taken care of? Then you can choose our delivery and assembly service for selected products.
How do I maintain this product?
Your product stays looking its best when you clean it regularly with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as these can damage the material or finish. For fabric furniture we recommend a suitable textile protector, so the fabric is better protected against moisture and stains. Always check which care suits the material of your product best.
